New Homes

Building your new Whitsundays home with us takes just 6 simple steps:

1. Free consultation

Our builder Jay Condron will meet with you on-site at your block to discuss your ideas, plans and budgetary requirements. Jay will advise you on site-orientation and the construction process so you know exactly what's involved.

2. Concept design

Once Jay has an idea of your needs, he will work with a building designer or architect to develop a concept plan. This will allow you to see your ideas brought to life, and make any amendments if necessary. We will only be satisfied when you have a design you are happy with.

3. Preliminary pricing

Once your concept plans are drawn up, we will be able to provide you with preliminary pricing for your new home. This contract does not bind you to building with us, but will allow us to work out final designs, engineering reports, council applications etc in order to provide you with a final building quote.

4. Finalising selections

This phase will allow you to make your final selections, such as the type of finishings and fixtures you would like in your new home, and make price adjustments accordingly. If you are happy with the final pricing point we will prepare your contract.

5. Contract

Jay will meet with you to sign the final contract. If you are applying for finance to fund your construction, your lender will require this contract in order to issue you with finance approval.

6. Start construction

The exciting phase of beginning construction on your dream home!
